Hello friends!

The last days – the last week - were really dark days. People and energies around – were going crazy.
One friend of us – saw dark and grey creatures coming out of the earth climbing up the buildings.
And I know this was true for more people.
I – and my family - was into some really scary situations.

It was again a challenge to trust to stay in the love.
Like I said at the beginning of this year – this year is going to be the 11th hour -
the hour of darkness before midnight.
The planet is raising its frequency. The sun is rising.
That is why darkness comes out of its holes.
And it is just the beginning.
This planet was conquered – the people enslaved.
That wound everyone carries inside.
Now the story goes backward. It is like a movie going backward.
We are again in the war.
All that pain and darkness that was hidden and blocked comes up again.
The invaders become visible – trying to maintain their system of slavery - yet it is over.
Now we feel again the fear, the shame, and the confusion we got into when we were conquered.
But like I said – the movie is running backward.
We are going back into our freedom. Love is going to rule the planet – like it was.
Stay in the heart and relax – trust – be you.

What is going on now is a birth process.
The darkness – the dark planet – is the energy that helps the “Child of light” to be born.
Darkness is like the placenta – it goes after the birth – it is not needed anymore – it dies.
All the suffering – all those dramas are to make people aware – to take a decision –
to get that new consciousness of divinity being born.
Waiting for someone else to save them – is just illusion – it is the old consciousness of the slave.
Now everyone has to take its own individual decision to get out of the system of separation –
to become aware of his own individual divinity
and his steps he has to do on his own to manifest his divinity.
That is the evolutionary step we are into and everyone has to decide individually –
if and when he wants to make that step.

We are in third world war – fighting against creation - against the planet and - like in all wars – against the Love.
The leaders again are following the needs – of the war – economic growth – capitalism – and we all follow – everyone being in fear of the end of the war –
in fear of losing the job - the business – the success – the money.
The end – like always – is coming fast. Systems – like ours - end in a few moments – over night.
Like in a birth – the preparing – the pregnancy takes 9 month – yet the actual birth just few hours – and then one moment changes everything – when the Baby is there.
That – exactly that - is going on now – our world is going to change in one moment.

What is the process I am in? What is the “Soulstar” process?
We train to allow the heart (not the Mind) – to express itself – spontaneously –
without any blockage in between – without comment or judging of thoughts –
allowing the love to flow –
without emotions blocking the free expression of the heart.
I – Johannes now am able to be – in Soulstar – in Constellations – free from thoughts.
What I answer comes directly out of the heart – with no thoughts in between.
The mind is totally quiet –
the expression in words and emotions is spontaneously – comes from the heart.
Thoughts and emotions – Mental and Emotional Body are synchronized – expressions of the heart – successfully tuned into– synchronized with the rhythm of life.
What is going to happen now – I remember in the past –
I had difficulties to express myself spontaneously – my emotions got stuck in my thoughts –
I judged myself and others – questioning if I should express what I felt.
That is over now.
What is going to happen now is - that the body – the physical dimension is going to be aligned also.
The body – the physical action - becomes one with the thoughts and the emotions.
That is ascension – it means that the bodies speed – is at the same level than the thoughts.
Imagine – the energy that is liberated in the body – the power - the speed and the intensity
created by free emotions – mental recognitions – all expressed by action – at the same moment – without any blockage.
That is ascension on the physical level.

There is a fundamental change in my “inner Awareness” experience –
since I guess November / December 2011 – I am becoming aware of.
In the past I remember in my “Inner Awareness” – the goal was to be “eaten” by love.
I merged with the love – like floating into something bigger – like a river in the ocean.
The experience was dying – giving – losing - I became an “outsider”.
Now I feel completely the opposite.
Instead of the feeling of getting eaten by love – I feel I am getting fed.
The experience flows into my body – makes it stronger - changes it –
I feel that I am landing – finally arriving here on earth completely.
It is totally opposite – like the difference between Outbreath and Inbreath.
That is the change – the Change between Inbreath and Outbreath of creation has happened already.

We have gone from death into life.
We are in the new age.
